Simon Torrez Sr., MBA
Simon Torrez joined Taos Behavioral Health as the business manager. He took over the CEO role in September 2013. He is a homegrown Taoseño with smarts from his years as a business manager and the heart of a dedicated family man. He is delighted to be helping build nonviolence skills in Taos.

Sadie Quintanilla, LPCC
Sadie Quintanilla grew up in the mountains of beautiful Taos, New Mexico. Sadie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Contemplative Psychology with a minor degree in dance from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado in 2003. In her quest for a healthy mind and body, Sadie studied many types of movement, bodywork and nutrition.
In 2005, Sadie returned to Taos to pursue her passion of becoming a Pilates instructor. Sadie trained in Pilates at Core Dynamics with Michele Larson in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After starting a family Sadie returned back to school to obtain her Masters Degree in Counseling at New Mexico Highlands University. She did her internship at Nonviolence Works and was then hired after she graduated in May of 2014. She has been trained in EMDR, Sand Tray, Play Therapy, and Suicide Intervention.
Sadie is passionate about supporting adolescents and is furthering her training in Somatic Experiencing and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. She is also a National Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. Sadie is a lover of nature and the outdoors. She is very athletic and enjoys winter sports and summer activities. Her passion is keeping the body whole, healthy and happy.

Lawrence "Tony" Perez
Tony is from Taos, New Mexico. With a professional background of 25 years in the automotive industry, including a role as Parts and Service Director, Tony brings a wealth of experience to his current position. What Tony loves about working at TBH is the welcoming family atmosphere. For fun and self-care, Tony enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time in nature.
Accounting and Benefits Manager
Alicia Garcia
Alicia started with the agency in January 2022 and is part of the admin team assisting with payroll, benefits, and accounting. Alicia was raised in Taos, NM but moved to Albuquerque in 2009. Alicia enjoys working in an office setting and has a background in case management, quality control, and management. She enjoys working with our agency since she sees the need regarding behavioral health and agrees with our vision and the services, we offer to help our community members. Alicia has a large close-knit family including 2 sons whom she enjoys spending her time with when not at work as well as traveling, music and painting canvases.

Wilton Lopez-Rogers
Wilton Lopez-Rogers joined Nonviolence Works in November 2024. He holds a BBA in Accounting from New Mexico Highlands University (cum laude, ΔΜΔ Honor Society) and an AA in Business Administration from Central New Mexico Community College. Wilton has eight years of experience working as a regulator and financial auditor with NMTRD, Workers’ Compensation Administration, and the Office of the State Auditor. Wilton brings strong analytical and organizational skills to NVW. Originally from Albuquerque with roots in Northern New Mexico, he is passionate about technology, coaching, and supporting families.
