Joann Visarraga

Joann Visarraga is a Community Support Worker (CSW) and Family Navigator with the Nurturing Center, serving the Peñasco Independent School District. She has worked with youth and families since 2014 and is currently enrolled at Eastern New Mexico University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling with a dual emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling.

Joann is deeply committed to supporting youth and families in the Peñasco community by connecting them with resources, guidance, and advocacy to help them flourish. She takes pride in serving her community and building supportive relationships that strengthen families and promote long-term wellbeing.
